Join Always Hungry Grocery and chef Carey Fox, Countertop Collective and Flour Fox & Cocoa, for a pasta making class March 1st. Together we will mix, roll, and cut our own pasta from scratch. Everyone will make a vibrant fresh pesto tagliatelle dish as well as assemble a hearty lasagna to take home and bake later. There will be other savory bites along the way showcasing the unique specialty products Always Hungry offers. Class will finish with a rich chocolate semifreddo dessert. All participants will go home with a collection of recipes, ready to bake lasagna, and a clear understanding of how to make pasta in your own home! Vegetarian options available / Beverages included
