Join ‘Always Hungry’ and Bianca Milton on Saturday, October 26th, for an all-level Yoga flow. She will lead us in a 50 minute class that will leave you feeling both energized and refreshed. Post-class, enjoy a free mimosa plus 15% off brunch at the Surf Club. This class is donation-based.

Bianca is a certified E-RYT who instructs a variety of Yoga classes, including Vinyasa, Sculpt, Prenatal, Hatha, and Yin. Her intention of the practice is to influence students to find self-love and appreciation for their own unique body, mind, and spirit. Influenced by her background in Iyengar Yoga, Bianca focuses on alignment and breathing techniques proven to accentuate and boost the benefits of Yoga.
